Hair removal FAIL help!!!!?

hi im gonig to the beach tonight with some friends and ive tried removing the hair from my chest (with nair, waxing, and shaving) but im not left with a rash on my whole chest. and there are still little whiskers pointing out? how do i get rid of the whiskers before the morning??
