Did Matt bugger his throat up on X-Factor last night?

I'm a bit concerned, only, he hit a REALLY long high note right smack-bang at the end of one of his songs last night, and, afterwards, he grabbed his throat, he looked as though he was in a lot of pain with it, and he had a look on his face, as if to say: "****! I wish I hadn't attempted that last note just now- oh, bloody hell, I'm gonna regret that, come tomorrow!" Did he sod his throat up or what? I hope not, 'cos, (along with Katie, Rebecca and Mary), he's one of the best singers in that bloody competition this year! I'd REALLY appreciate YOUR angles on this one, please, guys. Much obliged!
