If Dexter Morgan were in Super Smash Bros. Brawl...?

Dexter Morgan wasn't made by Nintendo. Smash Bros games belong to Nintendo so only Nintendo characters play in it, they only put Sonic and Snake as third-party characters. Sega has a good relationship with Nintendo, and sonic is really famous so it was a good option to put him, I don't really know why they put Snake.
