Which forfeit should i do at work?

At work its mainly me and a female boss and female co worker. We work in a private home and do care work. We are due to have a female deputy start but thats since October. As each new month approaches and she is supposed to start her start date is been put back. Its now supposed to be March but I just been told its just been put back by another few weeks. I have now said if she ever starts I will do a forfeit. No one has come up with one yet. The only one I can come up with is to shave off my beard which I have had for years, and to stay clean shaven for a whole month.That way I have to suffer a whole month loads of people who have never seen me without a beard asking me why I shaved it off. Any other suggestions you have are most welcome.
