Cut My Head While Shaving a Few Days Ago..?

And when I shaved tonight, It left a scar. Don't know if it was scabbed or what. It left a white scar on the head. What should I do? May I need to put coco-er/shea er on it for a couple days and it'll go away. Please tell me. Thank you.
