Could This Be Testicular Cancer??

ok 1st off i have a lump formation in my left testicle on the left side of it at the top part of my nut.. its like it runs up and down the side of it and it DOES NOT FEEL HARD.. more like a squishy lumpy wormy feelinf i 've had this for going on about 2 yrs now and NO changes in my health i have noticed , but i do have lower abdomen pain(but i fart a lot also then taht gets better) So i'm wondering is it cancer or is it a cyst??
