First Public Presentation Help?

Hi everyone, I have been set the task of performing a presentation in front of my employers board of directors and Shareholders (about 200 People) for my career Development, there is no set topic but must fall into a time scale of less than 20 min's and more than 12 min's. This brings me onto my question, i am brilliant at creating a presentation a when im given a set topic or title, but i've been given full control, i can literally give a presentation on anything. So how do i pick a great title that will keep my audience entertained and that is interesting? also How do i go about creating a presentation for so many people?
