FALLOUT 3 FREEZE PROBLEMS!?!?

Yeah no real answer there. I get it a lot when I come into new areas or when an NPC is supposed to run a scripted event like coming up to you and talking to you or something like that. But like he said... no real solution, just save as often as possible so that when you have to reset you aren't 5 hours back.
