Need prom dress help, colour? length? strapless?

I think aqua blue would be beautiful. It would go good with your brown hair. Maybe strapless, if you can hold it up. And I would go for shorter to stand out bc everyone is gonna be wearing long ones. But my suggestion is to get it somewhere where they will register you so no one else will get the same one.
