My roommate's daughter ?

she is 15 and in the custody of children services, and has run away from the foster home. Mom has given DCS all the information she has, phone numbers and locations of her last where-abouts but DCS has made no effort to find her. In the past mom has had to search for her daughter alone, DCS will not help. Now she has been gone from the foster home for about 2 months, and came to moms home then ran from moms home about 2 weeks ago. How can I get some istance in trying to locate the child. Also, I would like to get some kind of media contact to find her and uncover DCS's negligence.
