Is anyone better than manti te'o from Hawaii highschool football?

Manti is probably the best. It is hard to compare because Punahou is also a very strong team. So, his team helps him. But, there is no doubt that he is one of the best. He is not going to UH for college. From what I've heard he is planning to go to UCLA with his two other teammates.
