Indian Culture?Modesty?

I THINK WE CANNOT EQUATE tradition and modesty with HIV. What I think the culprit is the citizens' lack of awareness (IGNORANCE) of this deadly virus. But nowadays, India seems to be having a strong education drive about HIV and how to avoid it. So, what the statistics is showing now is the result of what have happened 10 years or so ago.
