Can I become a nurse? I want to become nurse but not sure if I can find a job once I finish school.?

Ok here goes.... I know what I did was wrong and if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all please. I came here for real answers and help. My husband and I got into an argument April of 2009. I scratched his ear and was charged with 4th degree ault. This is a misdemeanor. They said in 2014 I should be able to get it expunged off my record. So that is not what I am worried about. If I go to school to become a nurse, Would I be able to get into clinicals and would I be able to get my license if I finish before 2014? I am curious if anyone has been through this and actually had a good outcome? I also have a felony charge on my background for theft for failure to pay back a loan over 300 dollars. Will this keep me from finishing school or getting a job as a nurse? Please serious replies only and thanks in advance!
