Ipod touch water damage,no wifi, taking it to genius bar?

Apple will not buy back your broken ipod if thats what your asking. If your asking to replace the wifi i can't tell you the cost but what i can tell your is that a battery replacement from Apple is the cost of half your ipod at least in Canada it is. I would recommend that you buy a new one. Thats what most people do. If it's a previous generation i would really recommend that you get a new one. No one really repairs there ipod because it costs too much to repair.
