I can't tell if i am going through puberty! help me!?

well I've seen sign. Like hair and breat development. But something else is happening. Right after I go to the bathroom, like ill have to go. And then when I go nuthing comes out. It is like when I jump, or make sudden movement, like water comes out. what is going on?!?!? Ino this sounds gross but I just need to know if it is normal.
