Does this really happen to couples in real life or is it just something seen in the movies?

I'm not trying to be disgusting or anything I'm just curious if this is something that happens in real life or is it seen only in movies. It was seen in an Rated R movie I think a couple I think were husband and wife and they were making love in one of the scenes in the middle of the movie, the wife suddenly stops kissing her husbands and wents under the blanket and then she made these like head bopping movements and sucking noises under the sheets and the guy moans. I'm not trying to be disgusting but does something like this happen in real life or is it just something in the movies ?
