Can i insulate a camcorder against vibrations from loud music? the harddisk senses it as motion and cuts out.?

my camcorder (sony dcr-se290e) has a motion sensor that causes the harddisk to disconnect when the cam is dropped, so as to protect it. But last nite i filmed a band's gig, and the loud music made the cam vibrate and it interpreted this as a reason to disconnect, meaning it kept stopping the recording and cutting out. there is an option to switch this feature off, but will the vibes from loud music mess with the harddisk? alternatively, are there any filmmakers out there who know if there's a way to buffer the cam against vibrations so the motion sensor can stay on without causing this problem?
